Jim Cramer, co-manager ofAction Alerts PLUS portfolio, said Monday on CNBC's "Stop Trading" segment he "thought T-Mobile's quarter was very good. It's right to start buying T-Mobile right now."
During the quarter, T-Mobile posted 10.9% growth in its service revenue. An Oppenheimer analyst, cited in a Barron'sreport, had this to say about T-Mobile:
We continue to believe TMUS will maintain strong subscriber growth, and mgm't was very optimistic about 4Q15 trends, with lower churn and postpaid ARPU stabilization the biggest positives. We believe that TMUS should see very strong EBITDA and FCF growth the next two years and at 6x estimated 2016 cash EBITDA it still looks attractive to us, despite our lower estimates.
Shares of T-Mobile rose 1.3% recently to reach $38.37.
