"I've always liked the stock," said TheStreet's Jim Cramer, co-manager of the Action Alerts PLUS portfolio, of Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A) - Get Report (BRK.B) - Get Report . Cramer was answering viewer questions from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
Berkshire Chairman Warren Buffett has done a "great job" over the years, Cramer said, and as American businesses have progressed, so has the stock price.
A viewer asked about Facebook (FB) - Get Report . Cramer said he doesn't know why investors feel the stock is highly overvalued. Instead of valuing it on last year's or this year's earnings, try looking at the stock based on 2017 estimates, Cramer said. These "out years" show that the stock doesn't look that expensive -- especially compared to the rest of the market, Cramer said.

Cramer was asked about two semiconductor stocks, NXP Semiconductor (NXPI) - Get Report and Skyworks Solutions (SWKS) - Get Report . "These are both good companies," Cramer said. He prefers Skyworks, partly due to the company's Internet of Things business.
Cramer went on to say that Medtronic (MDT) - Get Report is a "very good company" as well -- one that he never bets against. He added that its acquisition of Covidien for nearly $50 billion was a good move, and that the company continues to do well.
Should Under Amour (UA) - Get Report buy Fitbit (FIT) - Get Report ? "Under Armour doesn't need to buy anybody," Cramer said. The company has already created its own version of a Fitbit device. Under Armour is doing "quite extraordinary" when it comes to its health and wellness initiatives, he added.
Cramer said he's "not wavering" on his Apple (AAPL) - Get Report position in Action Alerts PLUS. The stock has a very low valuation,Cramer said. The new iPhone will launch in the second half of 2016, and the tech giant continues to do very well with its services business, he commented.
What about eBay (EBAY) - Get Report and Alibaba (BABA) - Get Report ? Cramer said he doesn't "really care about" these stocks, and instead prefers Action Alerts PLUS holding PayPal (PYPL) - Get Report -- which was spun off from eBay last year.
Turning to Etsy (ETSY) - Get Report , Cramer said the company had a "great quarter," but it seems to be getting overlooked following a busy week for the markets. Management is getting it together, he said, and the stock could make a move higher. Previously, Cramer called the stock "too cheap" around current levels.
Taser International (TASR) also had a "really good quarter," Cramer said, but he said he has to do more research on this stock before concluding whether it's time to buy or not.
Another strong earnings result came from Palo Alto Networks (PANW) - Get Report . When an investor asked whether to buy CyberArk Software (CYBR) - Get Report , Cramer instead suggested the best-of-breed Palo Alto Networks instead.
What about defense stocks? Cramer said Raytheon (RTN) - Get Report is "doing really, really well" and that it's "absolutely terrific." He also likes Lockheed Martin (LMT) - Get Report , saying "it's really extraordinary and very undervalued." However, he is not very keen on General Dynamics (GD) - Get Report .
