NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Marc Lore's e-commerce company Jet.com launched recently with a premise to online shoppers that mimics Costco (COST) - Get Report. For an annual membership fee of $50, Jet promises "dynamic pricing" that will undercut prices at most other outlets.
Many observers see Jet as a competitor to Amazon's (AMZN) - Get ReportPrime service, which charges a fee of $99 a year, but also includes free two-day shipping and other perks like online videos and music.
