Well, now the fun starts, as we head into the final stretch of the year. Predictions? In looking back through the early '90s, I find a pretty consistent pattern. The next month or so will be very choppy, but we'll finish flat to slightly up. In short, this time of year is custom-built for traders, while everyone else should probably get out the skis and snow shovels and come back about Jan. 3.
