Bulls Grab Poll by Horns

The bulls regain the top spot in the weekly TheStreet.com RealMoney Barometer.

The bulls are back in charge of TheStreet.com RealMoney Barometer survey.

The bulls took 1,375, or 45% of the 3,065 votes cast in this week's poll. The bears got 1,039, or 34%. Neutral came in at 640, or 21%.

In the sectors, though, precious metals was picked as most likely to rise, with commerical banks seen as most likely falling. Interestingly, commercial banks was picked two weeks straight as the bearish sector but the two prior weeks was seen as the most bullish sector. Perhaps investors believe banks have rebounded enough for now.

In the last hour of trading Monday, all three major averages were nearing the flat line after being down most of the trading day. The

Dow Jones Industrial Average

was at down 5 points to 8757.84, the

Nasdaq Composite

was 4.4 points lower to 1845.07, and the S&P 500 was down 0.3 point to 939.79.

Last week, the Dow moved up 3.1%, the S&P 500 added 2.3% and the Nasdaq lifted 4.2%.
