Breaking: Bill Cosby Found Guilty on All Counts in Sexual Assault Retrial

A verdict has been reached in the sexual assault trial of comedian Bill Cosby Thursday with jurors finding the 80-year-old guilty on all three counts.

The jury deliberated for 10 hours Wednesday before reconvening with a verdict Thursday.

Former Temple University employee Andrea Constand accused Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2004. Cosby maintained his innocence, saying that the sexual encounter was consensual.

Cosby was first tried in June 2017, but after five days and 52 hours of deliberations, the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict and the judge declared a mistrial.

Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison upon sentencing.
