Apple (AAPL) - Get Apple Inc. Report shares reached a new intraday all-time high on Monday, crossing $168 a share.

Apple's market cap now stands at $860 billion. TheStreet's Brian Sozzi thinks the tech giant's market cap could surge to $1 trillion by the end of the year, a 14% gain from its current level.

With Apple iPhone X demand seemingly "off the charts" according to the company, hitting a $1 trillion market cap may not be as zany as it first sounds.
