NEW YORK (TheStreet) --Shares of Rally Software Development Corp. (RALY) are up 5.28% to $13.96 on Thursday following a ratings upgrade to "overweight" from "neutral" at Piper Jaffray (PJC) - Get Report.

The firm said it upgraded the global provider of cloud based solutions and software development company's rating on a valuation call and potential catalysts for the second half of 2014.
