NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Textura (TXTR)  shares are flying 30.83% to $26.02 on Thursday morning following the announcement this morning that computer software company Oracle (ORCL) will buy the company in an all-cash deal valued at $663 million. 

A provider of cloud-based contract and payment management solutions for the construction industry, Textura will form a new global business unit with Oracle called Oracle Engineering and Construction.

"We are excited to join Oracle and bring our cloud-based capabilities to help extend the Oracle Engineering and Construction Industry Cloud Platform," Textura CEO David Habiger said.

The deal is expected to close this year.

Oracle shares were down 0.44% to $40.67.
