U.S. Treasury issues were uniformly lower Thursday. Around 4 p.m. EDT, the 10-year note was down 10/32 at 98 9/32, yielding 5.10%. The 30-year was the weakest issue, falling 11/32 to 96 30/32.

Short-term notes weren't getting hit as hard. The two-year note was down 2/32 to 100 9/32, yielding 3.22%, and the five-year was lower by 6/32 to 96 10/32, yielding 4.40%.
