Treasuries were mostly higher around midday Tuesday, with gains building as maturities on government notes and bonds lengthened.

The two-year note was left out of the upward trend, trading down 1/32 to 100 13/32 and yielding 2.79%. The five-year was up 1/32 to 97 28/32, yielding 3.97%. The 10-year Treasury was climbing 5/32 to 102 19/32 to yield 4.66%, and the 30-year bond was up 10/32 to 102 9/32, yielding 5.22%.
