Treasuries Slide, Bond Again Gives Up Ground

Treasuries were lower across the board Friday, with longer-dated maturities taking the most punishment.

The two-year note was losing 6/32 to 99 24/32, yielding 3.12%, and the five-year was off 10/32 to 95 30/32, yielding 4.43%. The 10-year Treasury was down 15/32 to 98 31/32, with a yield of 5.13%.

The 30-year bond, which is being discontinued, was lower by 13/32 to 97 22/32, yielding 5.54%.
