U.S. Treasuries were uniformly higher Tuesday, a day in which bonds and equities both managed to post gains. Around 4 p.m. EDT, the two-year note was up 3/32 to 101 14/32, lowering the yield to 2.85%. Yields and prices move in opposite directions. The 10-year note rose 2/32 to 102 10/32, yielding 4.70%, and the 30-year bond climbed 3/32 to 97 7/32, dropping the yield to 5.57%.
