Treasuries were mixed around midday Friday, with shorter maturities falling as long maturities gained ground.

The session was slow, mirroring the stock market, as no one -- at least those who went to work -- was willing to make big moves the day after Thanksgiving.

The two-year note was losing 2/32, to 99 10/32, yielding 3.11%. The five-year was also off 2/32, to 96 11/32, with a yield of 4.32%. The 10-year was up 1/32, to 100 9/32, yielding 4.96%, and the 30-year bond, which is being discontinued, rose 7/32, to 100 16/32, to yield 5.34%.
