U.S. Treasuries were mixed Tuesday afternoon, with longer-term issues climbing and short-term notes losing ground. Around 4 p.m. EDT, the two-year note was down 1/32 to 100 18/32. The five-year was also lower by 1/32 to trade at 95 28/32. The 10-year was up 2/32 to 97 25/32, yielding 5.17%, and the long bond was gaining 4/32 to 95 29/32 with a yield of 5.66%.
