U.S. Treasuries were higher across the board around 4 p.m. EDT. The 10-year note was up 27/32 at 101 5/32, yielding 4.72%.

The long bond was the strongest issue, gaining more than a point. The bond was rising 1 2/32 to 99 26/32 to yield 5.39%.

Short-term notes were also climbing. The two-year was ahead by 6/32 to 100 29/32, yielding 2.77%. The five-year was up 15/32 to 101 24/32, to yield 3.98%.
