NEW YORK (The Deal) -- TheStreet's Founder Jim Cramer gave his predictions for companies that might be likely takeover targets in 2014 at The Deal Economy in New York Thursday.

Salesforce.com (CRM) - Get Report is giving Oracle (ORCL) - Get Report a run for its money, particularly when it comes to the all-important cloud and mobile devices, Cramer said. Facebook (FB) - Get Report and Yelp (YELP) - Get Report use salesforce.com as a platform, as well as other major Internet companies that get what he calls the "Holy Trinity" of social, mobile and the cloud.

Though everyone was chasing salesforce some time ago, Cramer said it's still not too expensive for a Facebook, a Yahoo! (YHOO) , or even a Twitter (TWTR) - Get Report.

Besides salesforce.com, Cramer also likes Yelp as a possible target, as he said the company understands the need for subscription-based revenue as advertising revenues shrink.

The Deal is a business unit of TheStreet.
