Amkor, should have said the chip packaging market is expected to grow from $21.8 billion in 1998 to $40 billion in 2001 and that package outsourcing should grow from an estimated $4.6 billion in 1998 to $9.3 billion in 2001. As originally reported, the numbers were given in units, not dollars. (
