The three major indices were in the red, reaching their session lows Thursday afternoon following a terrorist attack in Barcelona that killed at least one person and injured 32 others. 

Here is a look at the worst-performing stocks on Thursday.

L Brands Inc. (LB) - Get Report shares were down 8.31% to $35.72 in afternoon trading after analysts downgraded the stock after the company cut its own full year guidance to between $3 and $3.20 per share from its previous view between $3.10 and $3.40 per share.

Vipshop Holdings Limited (VIPS) - Get Report shares were down 8.11% to $10.20 on heavy volume Thursday afternoon after the Chinese online discount retailer reported second quarter earnings of 17 cents per share, two cents lighter than analysts were expecting for the period. 

NetApp Inc. (NTAP) - Get Report shares were down 6.11% to $39.82 Thursday afternoon after analysts at UBS struck a cautionary tone on the company's comparisons in the upcoming quarters. Shares began falling in after hours trading Thursday despite a strong earnings beat. 

Shares of Chinese e-retailer Inc. (JD) - Get Report were down 5.15% to $41.40 Thursday afternoon after rival Alibaba Inc. (BABA) - Get Report reported strong second quarter earnings. Alibaba reported a 540 bps increase in gross margins in the quarter as revenue jumped 56% year over year to $7.4 billion.
