NEW YORK (TheStreet) --Shares of GoPro Inc. (GPRO) - Get Report are lower by 5.32% to $65.55 in mid-afternoon trading on Monday, as the wearable camera maker reacts negatively to this morning's analyst downgrade on Ambarella Inc. (AMBA) - Get Report , CNBC.com reports.

Ambarella is GoPro's lead technology supplier.

Analysts at Needham & Co. reduced their rating on Ambarella to "underperform" from "hold."
