(CLD) - Get Cloud Peak Energy Inc. Report

reported a fourth-quarter loss of $3.86 per share, better than the year-earlier operating loss of $15.01. First Call doesn't follow the company. Caldor said it received a commitment for an extension of a $450 million credit facility through June 15.
