A Feb. 25 story, Home Loan Servicing's Erbey Says No to Taxes After Saying Yes to TARP erroneously reported that Ocwen (OCN) - Get Ocwen Financial Corporation Report had failed to pay back funds borrowed from the federal Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). The type of funds the company received were incentive payments under the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), related to mortgage modifications, which do not require repayment.
