NEW YORK (

TheStreet

) -- Emerging economies in Asia and Latin America are growing at a much higher pace than developed markets despite weakness in dominant economies such as the U.S. and U.K.

Funds are pouring money into emerging markets, with nearly $3.3 billion flowing into these markets last week alone. Markets from Indonesia to Chile have delivered returns above 35% in 2010, while the U.S. equity market has gone nowhere.

Market experts predict that the rally in emerging markets will likely continue and suggest investors add some emerging market exposure if they don't have any. There are several ETFs and funds that offer investors exposure to various emerging markets.

However, for those who wish to have more direct exposure to these markets, we present a list of some of the top-rated large-cap emerging market companies that have American depository shares that trade on the NYSE.
