BOMBAY -- Bombay stocks rose for the fourth day in five sessions this week, adding 1.2%.
The BSE Sensex index rose 125 points to close at 10,401. The index rose 5.2% this week.

shed 1.4% despite its plans to acquire Greater Calcutta Gas Supply, possibly through a joint venture with the state government of West Bengal.

lost 1.5% even as the company received final approval to sell Quinapril tablets in the U.S.
