Goldman Sachs Is Changing it Up

Goldman Sachs (GS - Get Report) executives are discussing making cuts to its commodities trading desk, once one of the investment bank's largest sources of revenue, according to a Wall Street Journal report Tuesday.

Goldman will execute the cuts after a months-long review process that revealed the division burned through too much capital for too little profit. The cuts to the commodities desk are part of a series of planned changes that executives will present to Goldman Sachs' board later this month, reported TheStreet's Tony Owusu.

Roger Stone Picks a Bone

Roger Stone, the headline grabbing political operative at the center of the investigation of Wikileaks and Russia, had some choice words for Facebook (FB - Get Report)  and Twitter (TWTR - Get Report)  executives in TheStreet's exclusive interview by Kevin Curran.

"It's antitrust, it violates the antitrust laws. It's racketeering. It's collusion," the political provocateur told TheStreet. "I think the Justice Department should proceed. I am against censorship of anybody for anything. I don't care how far left or how politically radical you are. I think everybody should have a voice, let the public decide."
