Spend money to get money for Prime Day. Inc. (AMZN) announced Tuesday, July 10, that Prime members who spend $10 or more at Whole Foods between July 11 and 17 will get $10 back on their Prime card to use by July 17. This "cash-back" offer also applies to customers who have a Prime membership, but have not used Whole Foods' grocery delivery. They, too, can receive $10 off an order made before July 17. Both types of Prime members also receive an additional $10 credit toward their next order.

Prime Day, Amazon's annual sales event, starts on Monday, July 16 at 3 p.m. ET and lasts 36 hours, six more hours than it did last year. Amazon plans to offer more than 1 million deals for Prime members throughout the event.
