Honeywell  (HON) - Get Free Report reported adjusted earnings per share of $2.02 on revenue of $8.81 billion and raised forecasts for the third quarter.

Catching Jim Cramer's attention was a strong outlook for the company's aerospace business.

Honeywell is a holding in Jim Cramer's Action Alerts PLUS charitable portfolio.

Aerospace sales for the quarter rose 7% to $2.76 billion due to improving demand, TheStreet's Martin Baccardax reported.

"We are especially pleased to see a turnaround in several of our key end markets that were hardest hit by the pandemic, with commercial aerospace aftermarket and the UOP business returning to growth in the quarter," CEO Darius Adamczyk said in the earnings release.

As the stock pointed lower in intraday trading, down more than 2%, Cramer said that if the aerospace business continues to stay on track, you'll regret selling here.
