Quanta Services (PWR) - Get Quanta Services, Inc. Report : "No. Infrastructure is no good right now. It's too risky."

Acadia Healthcare (ACHC) - Get Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. Report : "I think this is a terrific story."

Viacom (VIAB) - Get Viacom Inc. Class B Report : "I'm going to say don't buy. Time Warner (TWX) just posted a great number. Make the swap."

Boeing (BA) - Get Boeing Company Report : "I think this was an amazing quarter. If this stock goes below $140 I'd be buying it."

Energy Transfer Partners (ETP) : "This stock should be bought right here. I still like Kinder Morgan (KMI) - Get Kinder Morgan Inc (KMI) Report as well."
