The market has been on quite the ride.
After being down heading into Sunday night, futures swung to the upside after President Trump said China wanted to "come back to the table."
TheStreet founder and Action Alerts PLUS portfolio manager Jim Cramer said the move shows that Trump can still move the market and he doesn't want it to go down too much.
In a morning column on Real Money, Cramer was quick to point out that pajama traders buying into the swing were wrong, again.
"Don't put the pajamas on. Don't make the nighttime trades down -- or up -- a huge amount, for that matter. Wait," Cramer wrote.
But how do you actually avoid putting on your pajamas and trading on a headline after hours?
Cramer broke it down during TheStreet's daily Cramer Live Show.
