Enbridge Energy Partners (EEP) : "This has a 12% yield and I think it's a buy."

LendingTree (TREE) - Get LendingTree, Inc. Report : "This has been red hot, but we've been hit by higher mortgage rates, so I say don't buy. Same with Zillow (Z) - Get Zillow Group, Inc. Class C Report ."

Philip Morris International (PM) - Get Philip Morris International Inc. Report : "I'm worried about alternative cigarettes. I can't recommend cigarettes."

Opko Health (OPK) - Get OPKO Health, Inc. Report : "This one has been a dog and I need the company to tell me why I should buy."

United States Steel (X) - Get United States Steel Corporation Report : "No, I don't like U.S. Steel. I only like Nucor (NUE) - Get Nucor Corporation Report ."

The Trade Desk (TTD) - Get Trade Desk, Inc. Class A Report : "I think they have a few more good quarters ahead. I'd stay long."

EPR Properties (EPR) - Get EPR Properties Report : "This one was out of favor for awhile, but they're back."

Nokia (NOK) - Get Nokia Oyj Sponsored ADR Report : "This one is a sell."
