NEW YORK (
stock is plunging after the jeweler revealed disappointing November same-store sales after the close on Friday.
The company said monthly comparable sales tanked 18.6%, and on Monday was downgraded by Soleil to sell from hold.
Shares are plummeting 22% to $3.89 in afternoon trading. In the most recent 52-week period, Zale has been trading between 89 cents and $8.51.
