Agree 100% about the CAT dividend being in jeopardy
regarding an earlier response to this question. I think the industrials are the biggest value trap in the market.

Being that Citi's stock is down to a dollar, is it a good buy right now or do weforesee a total collapse coming?

It's worse than that
a lottery ticket. In my opinion, it's a discarded scratch-off, where you can already see that it's a loser.

I do see the economy continuing to shift from cash to plastic, which is very good for V.
