Zoom Video Communications set a price of $36 per share in its public offering, according to reports.
In a sign of demand for the offering, the $36 figure s higher than its last established range of $33 to $35 per share. Zoom raised its range earlier this week, up from an original price range of $28 to $32 per share. At $32 the company's valuation is around $9 billion.
In its S-1 filing, Zoom, which provides videoconferencing tools, reported yearly revenue of $330 million and net income of $7.6 million.
It's due to list its shares on the Nasdaq exchange on Thursday under the ticker symbol ZM, and is one of two multi-billion dollar tech IPOs this week.
Pinterest Inc. is also due to list on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday under the ticker PINS, with its shares priced in the range of $15 to $17.
