Wind River Acquires Interpeak AB
The deal costs $20 million in cash and stock.

acquired privately held Interpeak AB of Stockholm for around $20 million in cash and restricted stock.
The company expects the acquisition to be mildly accretive in fiscal year 2007.

Interpeak provides networking, security and mobility middleware software that helps next-generation devices to connect securely to the Internet.
"As the explosive growth of connected devices continues, device manufacturers will require a high-quality, secure networking stack that can run universally on both our RTOS and Linux based platforms," the company said.
