Wyeth ( WYE) and Pfizer each have an animal health division, and their stocks were down 1.2% to $42.80 and down 4.4% to $14.07, respectively.

PetMed Express was lately off 1.5% to $14.79.

PetSmart shares were down 4.1% to $19.61.

Central Garden and Pet shares were down 1.2% to $6.43.

Animal Health International shares were down 0.6% to $1.66.

MWI Veterinary Supply ( MWI) shares were down 2.6% to $26.48.
