WD-40  (WDFC) - Get Report shares were down nearly 4% premarket after the company reported second quarter earnings of 87 cents per share, three cents short of analyst expectations for the period. 

Revenue of $96.5 million for the quarter was also short of analysts' $99.8 million expectations.
