The rating is due to the firm's expectation that Visa will show improved EPS growth over the coming years as the company ventures into India, a new market for them.
Growing digital acceptance and pricing is also a positive for Visa, Mizuho said.
Additionally, the firm sees the FIFA 2018 World Cup and the 2020 summer Olympics in Tokyo as potential catalysts for the company.
