Verizon, Circuit City Set Store Deal
Verizon Wireless
rolled out a plan to open stores within
Circuit City

superstores this fall.
The companies said the agreement covers more than 570 Circuit City home electronics superstores around the country. Verizon Wireless will operate the Verizon Wireless stores and be responsible for the employees, wireless and wireless-related inventory, displays and signage.
The rollout will begin next month and will be completed by November. Verizon Wireless signs will be displayed on the exterior of each Circuit City Superstore that has a Verizon Wireless store inside.

On Monday, Verizon slipped 14 cents to $38.32, Circuit City dropped a nickel to $13.20 and Best Buy fell 32 cents to $48.11.
