UnitedHealth Reaffirms Outlook

affirmed its previous outlook for this year's net earnings and said revenue in 2007 should reach roughly $79.5 billion.
For this year, earnings will probably be $4.14 billion to $4.16 billion, including fourth-quarter profits of $1.17 billion to $1.19 billion, the insurer said.

UnitedHealth estimates that next year's earnings will grow to between $4.7 billion and $4.75 billion.
The outlook for both years includes management's current estimated range of additional noncash charges for stock-based compensation that will arise from the review of the company's past option practices.
