Toyota to Recall 9,400 Lexus GX 460s

is recalling about 9,400 2010 Lexus GX 460 sports utility vehicles after

deemed a "don't buy."
In a written statement, Toyota said it's issuing the recall to update software in the vehicles' stability control systems, which help control loss of traction during turns due to front- or rear-wheel slippage. Toyota said its engineers have looked into the concerns raised by
Consumer Reports
and are "confident" the software update will address these worries.
