The company plans to create 50 new jobs and increase the size of the plant by more than 35%. The facility opened in 1994 and currently has 150,000 square feet of space and 230 workers.

Timken, based in Canton, Ohio, said the expansion project will begin in early 2006 and should take about 18 months to complete.
