Time Inc. (TIME) potentially has up to five suitors, according to Bloomberg.

Time Inc.  (TIME) would like potential suitors to submit their acquisition proposals by next week, sources told Bloomberg. Those sources say there are potentially five companies that are interested in purchasing the media company. 

Time Inc. shares rose as much as 5% in after-hours trading Tuesday.
