Tesla (TSLA) - Get Report is the sixth worst performer in the Russell 1000 so far in the second half of 2017 after the company's stock tumbled nearly 12% since the end of June. It was the seventh best performer in the first half of 2017.
The stock rallied 69% in the first half of the year before tumbling since the start of July on lackluster 2Q deliveries figures, disappointing safety test results and reports of zero sales for the company in Hong Kong in April.
Tesla stock is up almost 2% Tuesday morning.
