Sirius (SIRI) - Get Report chief Mel Karmazin reaffirmed the company's financial guidance for 2006 and 2007.

Speaking at the Morgan Stanley Global Automotive Conference in New York Wednesday, Karmazin repeated previous projections for more than 6 million subscribers and $600 million in revenue this year. He also reaffirmed that the company would be free cash flow positive in the fourth quarter.

Looking ahead, Karmazin reiterated that the company would be free cash flow positive for all of 2007 on total revenue of more than $1 billion.

Analysts are looking for 2006 sales of $628 million and $1.07 billion next year.

Sirius shares were unchanged at $5.20 in premarket trading Wednesday.
