
Satyam Mulling Stock Split
The decision will be announced April 21.

, a software services exporter, said that its board would consider a stock split on April 21 along with its fourth quarter and fiscal 2006 earnings announcement.
The Hyderabad, India-based company said it will also consider recommendation of final dividend, if any for the year 2005-2006.
The company's shares rose 8 cents to $39.20.
