completed the acquisition of the simulation assets of
Evans & Sutherland
for $71.5 million in cash.
As part of the deal, the company will acquire Evans & Sutherland's military and commercial simulation assets and certain liabilities, including simulation facilities in Salt Lake City, Orlando, Fla., and the U.K. Rockwell Collins will also get exclusive rights to the Evans & Sutherland laser projector for simulation. The company will absorb around 200 former Evans & Sutherland employees.
