Cloud management services company Rackspace announced its largest acquisition ever on Thursday, the purchase of application management company TriCore Solutions. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the company expects the acquisition to close in June. 

"TriCore for us is a capability-driven acquisition to get more products and services to our customer base as quickly as we can," Matt Bradley, VP of strategy and corporate development for Rackspace told ZDNet

Rackspace was taken private by Apollo Global Management  (APO) - Get Apollo Global Management Inc. Class A Report last year after it purchased the company for $4.3 billion.
