Pinterest, Inc. set a price of $19 per share in its initial public offering.

In a statement late Wednesday, the company said it was offering 75 million shares plus plus up to an additional 11.25 million more that underwriters have the option to purchase, at $19 each.

The stock is expected to begin trading Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol PINS.

The $19 figure is above the $15 to $17 range that Pinterest established earlier in its S-1 filing.

Zoom Video Communications, another multi-billion dollar tech company, is also due to list its shares on the Nasdaq exchange on Thursday. It also priced its shares above an earlier range, at $36 per share.

Other highly-anticipated tech IPOs expected to arrive in the coming weeks include Uber Technologies and Slack Technologies.
