The St. Louis-based bakery cafe chain said it expects to make 62 cents to 65 cents a share for the quarter ending Dec. 26, shy of the 67-cent Thomson Financial analyst estimate. Panera said it expects sales in stores open at least 18 months to be penalized by at least a percentage point by last week's storms. It now expects same-store sales growth of 1.5% to 2.3% for the quarter.
