) -- As frustration over the 36-day oil leak mounts, BP engineers will move forward with a procedure dubbed "Top Kill" - an attempt to force mud into the failed blowout preventer, reduce pressure from the oil gusher, and allow engineers to cement the leak shut.
At the insistence of Rep. Ed Markey, D-Mass., BP will not interrupt the live video feed during the Top Kill procedure.
